We are Deena and Sydni, a mother-daughter duo who have combined our love for Yoga & Pilates to establish our dream - Sol Wellness.

Our space is so much more than just a Yoga/Pilates Studio. We are a powerhouse team of expert instructors, dedicated to empowering our students through holistic fitness classes that focus on strengthening both the body and mind.

We champion sustainability for our planet through our wellness shop, exclusively partnering with small and family-owned businesses that adhere to our rigorous standards for mindful consumption. We’ve done the research for you, bringing you a carefully curated selection of organic, eco-friendly products made right here in the USA.
