FIREFLOW (Hot Yoga)
This class offers a challenging and invigorating Vinyasa-style flow with the benefits of infrared. The studio is heated to 90–100°F with 80% humidity using infrared heaters, which help promote better circulation and deeper muscle release. This class is designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and increase cardiovascular endurance while detoxifying the body through a deep sweat.

YOGA/PILATES FUSION (available in hot and non-heated studios)
This dynamic class blends the mindful flow of Vinyasa yoga with the core-strengthening power of Pilates. You'll build heat and flexibility with Vinyasa style yoga sequences, and tone and strengthen your core, glutes, and hips with Pilates style exercises. This class is designed to build a strong, stable foundation and is a great way to improve your posture and body awareness.

FIREFLOW SCULPT
A dynamic and energizing class that combines fluid Vinyasa sequences with strength-building bodyweight exercises - with the benefits of infrared. The studio is heated to 90–100°F with 80% humidity using infrared heaters, which help promote better circulation and deeper muscle release.. You'll move continuously, linking breath with movement to build heat and increase your heart rate. Throughout the class, we’ll integrate exercises to build muscle and increase endurance, with options provided to modify or deepen the practice.
Our Sculpt 45 is the same invigorating class, condensed down to 45 minutes.
Perfect For: students who want to build strength, improve stamina, and challenge themselves in their practice.

YIN YOGA
In this class, we will hold a series of seated and reclined poses for 3–5 minutes each for a deep, therapeutic release, helping to improve flexibility, increase joint mobility, and calm the nervous system. These longer holds using yoga props target the deep connective tissues of your body, such as the ligaments, tendons, and fascia.
Perfect For: anyone looking to balance a more active lifestyle or simply find a moment of peace and deep stretch.

CHAIR YOGA
This gentle and accessible yoga class uses a chair to provide support and stability. It's designed to help you increase flexibility, improve balance, and build strength without the stress of getting on and off the floor. Through a series of seated poses, you'll safely stretch and strengthen your body, improve circulation, and calm your mind.
Perfect For: beginners, those with limited mobility, or anyone looking for a low-impact way to practice.

RESTORATIVE
This class is designed to help you de-stress and unwind by combining a gentle flow with restorative, supported poses. You'll move mindfully through a series of slow, fluid movements to release physical tension before transitioning into longer-held, passive postures. This practice is ideal for calming the nervous system, improving flexibility, and promoting a sense of peace.
Perfect For: students looking to improve their flexibility in a gentle, supported way.

SLOW FLOW
This class is a slower-paced version of Vinyasa yoga that links breath with movement. The pace is intentional and meditative, allowing you to deepen your awareness of each pose and transition. By holding postures for longer periods, you'll build strength, improve flexibility, and find a calm, focused state of mind.
Perfect For: students who want to slow down, relieve stress, and cultivate a deeper mind-body connection.

REFORMER CLASSES
A Pilates reformer is a specialized Pilates apparatus with a sliding carriage, springs and straps, invented by Joseph Pilates to provide low-impact, full-body resistance training that improves core strength, flexibility, and posture. We have four (4) Reformers in studio and the classes are very popular. It is very important to make your scheduled class or to cancel so everyone has an opportunity to participate.
INTRO - PRE-REQUISITE TO REFORMER CLASSES! You’ll be introduced to the Reformer and shown the different parts as well as basic Pilates body positioning to keep you safe while practicing Pilates.
Sol Stretch and Center (Beginner) -
Who is it for: Anyone who wants a restorative experience, seniors, very first time beginners, those recovering from injuries, those with limited mobility.
Focus: Gentle, Restorative, Slow-paced, Low-intensity.
What to expect: Stretching, balance work, gentle full-body strengthening.
Sol Progression (Beginner+)
Who is it for: Anyone who has mastered most Pilates body positioning, understands Pilates terminology, can manage their Reformer, looking to up their Reformer game.
Focus: Increased and continuous movement, more complex coordination, control and precision.
What to expect: 30 second planks on hands and toes, quicker transitions, heavier resistance. Transitions may include going from lying to standing. Body positions may include hands and knees and laying prone on long box with back extensions.
Sol Control (Intermediate)
Who is it for: Athletes, Fitness Enthusiasts by invitation only
Focus: Dynamic, fluid movement, high precision and control.
What to expect: A high-energy, strength building session designed for significant core strength and flexibility. Expect to stand on the Reformer and full back extensions.
